Product: multi-flavoured jelly surprises

19 October - brainstormed possible jelly flavour and colour combinations, decided on roles, swapped contact details for product development sessions
23 October - began working on the design of the logo. Completed recipe research. Trialled products in the weekend.

Thursday 8th November
On Thursday 8th November the Jelly Buddies made trails of their three jellies; sherbet jellies, jelly with berries and jelly with lollies. They trialled setting the jellies in half an orange peel for something creative. While they had fun trialling, unfortunately the jelly didn't set. They learnt that this is because of two possible reasons. Either they added too much water because it wasn't measured properly, or because they used cold water instead of boiling water.
